配送ポリシー

配送エリア 日本国内および海外への配送を承っております。

発送までの期間 ご注文後、速やかに発送準備を行います。発送完了後、追跡番号を記載した確認メールをお送りいたします。

お届け時期 国内・海外いずれの場合も、ご注文後2週間以内にお届けいたします。通関手続きや配送業者の遅延など、当店の管理が及ばない事由により、この期間を超える場合がございます。

送料 送料はお届け先および注文内容に応じて、ご注文手続きの際に自動計算されます。

関税・輸入税について 海外配送の場合、お届け先の国で課される関税・輸入税・各種手数料はお客様のご負担となります。これらは配送業者または現地税関により徴収されます。

住所の誤りについて ご注文手続きの際は、お届け先住所に誤りがないかご確認ください。発送後の住所変更は承れません。また、返送された荷物の再配送には別途送料が発生する場合がございます。

紛失・破損について 商品が破損して届いた場合、またはご注文から2週間を過ぎてもお届けがない場合は、mp3@mp3basketball.com までご連絡ください。

Processing time Orders are prepared and dispatched promptly after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery time Orders are delivered within 2 weeks of purchase, both within Japan and internationally. Delivery times for distant destinations may occasionally exceed this window for reasons outside our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.

Shipping rates Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Customs, duties and taxes Nihon Tengus is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once they've shipped, and re-delivery of returned parcels may incur an additional shipping charge.

Lost or damaged parcels If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of purchase, contact us at mp3@mp3basketball.com and we'll help sort it out
